A sweet, tangy cake blurring the lines between baklava and cheesecake. Layered with 76 sheets of filo pastry, crushed cashews, pistachios and sweet rose pistachio buttercream. Doused in rosewater sugar syrup. Topped with raw crushed pistachios and rose petals. This is pistachio heaven.

This cake is 100% vegan. 

4” serves 2-3 people.

7” serves 6-8 people.

10” serves 12-16 people. 

My cakes keep for up to 1 week. Keep refrigerated, let it sit in room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
