Hello, sometimes the holiday season will be bitter sweet. Missing loved ones. Losing loved ones. I know that cookies make it all feel better. Just a little-lot. They heal the heart you know? Any way, this may look like a crumbl cookie. I wouldn’t know if it would taste like one, I live in Australia. Either way it’s a variation of my shortbread cookie recipe and it’s giving simple and pistachio. It’s a perfect Christmas bake.
Ingredients to make 20-30 cookies depending on the preferred size.
