Although, glad to have a recipe publication to save my spirits and stop me from getting caught up in emails. Salted dark chocolate chunk cookies laced with pistachio crumble and filled with pistachio cream. The crunchy edges give way to a soft and chewy center where you will find the pistachio cream playing with the generous chunks of dark chocolate. For me, it is the brown butter component that elevates this cookie complimented by the sprinkle of sea salt flakes that completes the sweet treat. Here is the recipe.
