Hello. A cookie that helped me like matcha? Yes. I feel like matcha is one of these things that needs to be compliments in my opinion. Not artificially sweetened. Complimented. In this case, pistachio fits so well. The natural slightly sweet pistachio warms the grassy nature of matcha. I also personally love that the vibrancy of the colour green is emphasised. It’s not a traditional cookie. It’s different, new and wonderful.

The ingredients should make 12 regular cookies.
