Hello. Time for another recipe. A simple lemon loaf paired with coconut. There is just enough coconut and lemon to bring warmth and tang to this sweet treat. Embellished with a lemon glaze and lemon zest. It’s perfect through all the seasons. Baked it here in winter because our lemon tree is still flourishing. Here is the recipe.
