Hello. Here is a cake that has climbed it’s way to the list of one of my favourite’s. Something about the zest of the lemon playing with the both the sweet caramel centre and simple vanilla whipped cream is somehow perfect? Feels perfect. Tastes glorious.

The ingredients make a 4” round cake.
