I am based in Sydney, Australia.
Pick up is from Punchbowl. I deliver across Sydney. The delivery rate will be calculated unique to your order considering distance and complexity. I will coordinate the exact time with you upon the order request.

I bake and assemble all my cakes from my home micro-bakery. I prepare all elements of my cakes from scratch. Each one of my tiers ranges between 8-12 layers. Both my sponge cakes and baklava cakes come in single tier and multiple tiered structures depending on the serving size and preference. It is important to note that my baklava cakes differ from a traditional cake, can be very heavy in weight and require a sharp knife upon serving.
I do not have a permanent menu for my custom cakes. I use seasonal ingredients so not all cakes that are posted at certain months are available through the year. I will always gather your flavour desires first before creating and sending the flavour pairing options for you to choose from.
For orders under $400 full payment is required to confirm the order. For orders over $400 a 50% deposit is requested to hold the date, with the remainder due 7 days before the event date.
Below are the starting prices for my standard sized cakes. The final quote will be given after the flavour pairing, size, inspiration and plan has been finalised. The cake design process will begin after the full payment or deposit has been formalised.
For cakes to serve more than 40 guests or greater than 2 tiers, the price will be determined based on your individual request through email. I do not make custom cakes to serve less then 15 people.
All my cakes are vegan.

For payments under $400, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. For payments over $400, a full refund will be made if the cancellation is made more then 60 days before the event. Under 60 days the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If the order is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable in full. Please notify me by email for all cancellations.
